This Privacy Policy explains how Greens Market Stop ("Greens Market Stop", "we", "us") handles your information when you use the Greens Market Stop mobile app and website (the "App").

1. Information we collect

When you create an account and place orders, we collect:

Your name (first and family name)
Your phone number — we may ask you to confirm it with a one-time code sent on WhatsApp
Your delivery location — a map pin (GPS coordinates) and the readable address you set, used to deliver to you and to calculate your delivery fee
Your orders — the products, quantities, notes, payment method chosen, and order status/history
Your store credit — the balance in My Wallet and a history of what was added or spent, including which of the store's QR codes you scanned
A notification token, if you allow notifications, so we can tell you when your order is accepted, prepared, on its way, or delivered, when store credit is added, and — only if you said yes to it — about offers and new arrivals
Your notification messages — the order updates and store announcements shown in the App's Notifications list
Basic device/technical information needed to run the App

We do not collect or store card numbers or bank details. You pay cash on delivery or — where the store offers it — online by card when you order. The App records which way you chose.

Online card payments are made on a secure page of our bank's payment provider, Cybersource (a Visa company): you type your card details into their form, not ours, and we never see or store your card number. We receive only whether the payment went through, the type of card and its last four digits (for example "Visa •••• 1111"), the amount, and a payment reference, which we keep with your order — including for any refund.

2. How we use your information

To create and secure your account
To receive, prepare, and deliver your orders
To contact you about your order (by phone/WhatsApp)
To calculate delivery fees based on your distance from the store
To show you your order history and live order status
To keep your store credit balance and use it at checkout when you choose to
To show the store's announcements in the App, and send them as notifications only if you agreed to offers and new arrivals (you can change this any time in Notifications)
To improve the service and prevent misuse

3. Sharing

We share your information only as needed to fulfil your order — for example, the store staff and the delivery driver see your name, phone, address/map location, and order. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

We use a WhatsApp messaging connection to send order updates, and any verification code, from the store's number.

If you pay online by card, our bank's payment provider, Cybersource (a Visa company), receives your name, phone number, delivery address and the amount, together with the card details you type into its form, to process the payment and to let your bank check it is really you (3-D Secure).

4. Location and camera

We use your location only to set your delivery address and calculate the delivery fee. You choose your location yourself (by dropping a pin or using "use my location"). You can update or change it anytime in My Account.

If you use Scan, the App uses your camera only to read a product's barcode or one of the store's QR codes, on your phone. No photos or video are taken, saved, or sent to us — only the code itself is sent: a product's barcode number, to show you that product (we do not keep it), or a store QR code, to add its credit to your wallet.

5. Data retention and deletion

We keep your account and order history while your account is active so you can see past orders.

You can delete your account yourself at any time: My Account → Delete my account. Your name, phone number, delivery location, sign-in details, store credit and its history, and your notification messages are erased. Orders you already placed are kept as the store's sales records, but they are stripped of your name, phone, address, and notes, so they are no longer linked to you. You can also ask us to do this for you using the contact details below.

6. Your rights

You can:

View and update your name, phone, and delivery location in the App
Change your password
Delete your account and personal data from inside the App, or ask us to do it
Request a copy of your data

7. Children

The App is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Security

We protect your password using strong one-way encryption and secure your account with sign-in tokens. Please keep your password private.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date will change. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated policy.
